A mega 3 day Launch

I baked 7 loaves of my banana bread and used print and digital media to create a special 3 day buzzworthy event that attracted 53 local real estate agents, 87 active buyers, and 13 showings. I also contacted 1418 neighbors and invited them to come to the open houses. I also dropped off banana bread to the neighbors.

I used a strategy to create urgency, while also allowing a reasonable amount of time for all interested buyers to view the home and we accepted an offer with the best terms and at full price, and the with the provision for the Sellers to remain in possession of the home after the close of escrow for 28 days so that the Sellers could buy and move into a new home with as little stress as possible.
